This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced maintenance, asset management, or operational leader to join a high-performing team and contribute to the success of the future direction of maintenance strategy within one of Australia's most advanced mining operations.

Duties:

- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Mobile Maintenance department.

- Oversee maintenance planning, execution, and performance to ensure equipment availability supports the mine plan.
- Contribute to future fleet lifecycle planning, rebuild programs, and capital investment strategies.

In addition to the above, you'll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across our operational teams and functional support teams while externally, you'll partner with our original equipment manufacturers.

Skills and Experience:

- Significant leadership experience within mobile maintenance, asset management, or heavy industry environments.
- A proven track record leading large maintenance teams in a mining or comparable operational setting.
- Strong understanding of fleet reliability, maintenance optimisation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience leading operational change and driving cultural transformation.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple business functions.
- A values-driven leadership style with a genuine commitment to people, safety, and performance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, Maintenance, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
