A leading premium retailer on Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking a commercially minded Store Manager to lead one of its highest-profile locations. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a large-format store, inspire a sizeable team, and make a genuine impact on business performance.

This role is ideal for a passionate retail manager who thrives on coaching people, driving KPIs, and creating a customer experience that keeps people coming back. No optical experience is required - full product training will be provided.

The Opportunity

You'll be stepping into a well-established, high-volume store with an experienced team and significant opportunity to elevate performance through strong leadership, customer engagement, and commercial focus.

Managing a team of 10-13, you'll be responsible for building a positive culture, developing your people, and driving consistent sales results while maintaining exceptional operational standards.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading the day-to-day operations of a high-performing retail store
- Driving sales growth and achieving commercial KPIs
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of 10-13 team members
- Building genuine customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability and service excellence
- Managing rostering, stock, visual merchandising, and operational compliance
- Analysing store performance and implementing strategies to improve results




- Leading from the front and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day

- Previous Store Management experience within premium or high-volume retail
- Proven success leading large teams and delivering strong commercial results
- A passionate leader with excellent coaching and people development skills
- Strong customer relationship-building abilities
- Commercially minded with experience driving KPIs and sales performance
- Highly organised with strong operational and administrative skills
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine career stability
- Optical experience is not required - full training will be provided

Salary & Benefits

- Up to $85,000 + super (up to $90,000 for an exceptional candidate)
