The Company

A leading wealth management firm in Canberra is seeking an organized, client-focused Private Wealth Associate. In this position, you will deliver high-level administrative, operational, and marketing support to two experienced Wealth Advisers. You will play a crucial role in building solid client relationships, maintaining seamless business workflows, and ensuring compliance across all operations.

This role is suitable for someone that wants to be an advisor for the long term.

The Role

- Administrative & Client Support: Deliver high-level administrative support, respond efficiently to client queries, and manage team schedules and events.
- Account & Compliance Management: Establish and maintain client accounts. Monitor registers, account categorizations, risk profiling, and Statements of Advice (SOA) to meet all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Sales & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and update Salesforce records for prospects and opportunities, delivering regular performance reports to advisers.
- Documentation & Pitch Preparation: Assist advisers in preparing Statements of Advice (SOA),



Records of Advice (ROA), pitch documents, portfolio reviews, and marketing collateral.
- Transactions & IPOs: Oversee Initial Public Offer (IPO) applications, documentation, and client correspondence.
- Operations Liaison: Coordinate with internal Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow execution and business initiative delivery.

Your Experience

- Prior experience working within a professional services environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport.
- General understanding of and a keen interest in financial markets.
- Proactive approach to risk management and compliance guidelines.
