About the Role:
Join our team as a Services Assistant and play an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and supportive environment for clients. In this varied role, you'll contribute to catering, cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our health service.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Criteria
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with staff and clients.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality while working under general direction.
- Experience in housekeeping, catering, cleaning, or laundry services.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, infection control, workplace health and safety, and customer service principles.
Desired Criteria
- Year 11 completion and/or a current First Aid Certificate.
- Experience in housekeeping, catering, laundry, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Manual handling skills and knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) principles.
