RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, complete and submit tenders end to end independently and simultaneously
- Develop budgets and monitor project costs
- Collect BOQ's and cost analysis' of project
- Attend tender meetings and additional client meetings
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of Estimating experience for both a Fitout/Refurbishment and commercial head contractor
- Previous new build project experience
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Unlimited Australian working rights
