Butcher – full time

Borrello Beef are seeking full time butchers to join the value add production team. The role will include selecting, cutting, trimming, preparing and arranging meat for sale and supply at our Hazelmere facility. Hazelmere is located within 20 minutes of the CBD, Western Australia

To be successful for this role you will:

- Hold an Australian trade certificate (or equivalent)

- Have a minimum of three years’ work experience

- Be reliable and hard working

- Be able to start early (from 5:30am)

- Have high attention to safety and hygiene

- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg

- Be able to work in a cold environment

An immediate start is available at competitive rates, pay is processed weekly. Uniforms and protective equipment provided. Overtime is regularly available. Our production facility operations five days a week. Salary range of $75,000 to $85,000
