As our advice team continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and technically capable Financial Planning Associate who wants to work closely with experienced advisers, contribute to strategy and help deliver high-quality advice from concept through to implementation.
What You'll Do
· Collaborate with advisers and the advice team to develop tailored client strategies and prepare high quality Statements of Advice (SoAs).
· Conduct technical research and translate complex information into practical, compliant advice solutions.
· Support the advice and client services teams with product, strategy and technical queries.
· Contribute to investment strategy discussions and product selection alongside senior advisers.
· Manage advice workflows, competing priorities and agreed turnaround times without compromising quality.
· Help improve advice processes, templates and the overall client experience.
What You'll Bring
· At least two years' experience as a Financial Planning Associate or Paraplanner.
· A degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Commerce or a related discipline is highly regarded.
· Strong knowledge of investment and financial planning strategies.
· Sound understanding of SoA structures, advice documentation and the regulatory standards underpinning compliant advice.
· Experience using Xplan is highly regarded.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
· The ability to work efficiently and at pace while maintaining accuracy.
· Clear written and verbal communication, a collaborative style and a genuine focus on client outcomes.
