The business has a broad national footprint and a high-performing finance function that works closely with senior leaders across the organisation.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Finance Business Partner to join the commercial finance team. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, this is a broad and commercially focused role where you will partner closely with key business units and play an important role in driving financial performance and supporting business decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

- Owning and reviewing P&Ls; across key business areas, including variance analysis and performance insights

- Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process across the business

- Partnering with Sales, Marketing and operational stakeholders to support commercial decision-making

- Evaluating commercial proposals, business cases and strategic initiatives

- Analysing revenue, margins,



costs and key financial and operational KPIs

- Providing commercial insights and recommendations to improve business performance

- Supporting sales targets, incentive structures and resource allocation decisions

- Reviewing key contracts and partnership agreements from a financial perspective

- Supporting month-end, balance sheet reviews and key financial controls

- Driving process improvements and supporting broader change initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with experience across commercial finance, management accounting or business partnering, ideally within a large or complex organisation. You will have strong analytical skills, good commercial awareness and experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, P&L; analysis and stakeholder decision-making. You will be a confident communicator with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn and develop within a high-performing finance team.
