No to Violence is Australia’s peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Men’s Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation, women and children are at the centre of what we do - by ending men’s use of family violence, families, individuals, and communities are safer.

We are seeking a Marketing to lead the operational delivery of NTV’s marketing, campaign and brand activities. This is a unique opportunity to use your marketing expertise to strengthen NTV’s public profile, promote key services and initiatives, support sector engagement, and contribute to organisational priorities that help create safer families and communities.

About the role

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

Classification: SCHADS Level 6

Location: Melbourne/hybrid

Closing date: 5.00pm, Monday 24 August 2026

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives across NTV, including the Men’s Referral Service, National Directory and Workforce Development Training. You will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are strategic, effective, accessible and aligned with our brand and values.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and implement NTV's marketing strategy and annual marketing plans.
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across digital, social, web, email and print channels.
- Create and oversee brand, content and audience engagement initiatives.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers and service providers.
- Monitor campaign performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards and recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Lead and support members of the marketing team.
- Ensure all marketing activity is inclusive, accessible and trauma-informed.

About you





You'll be a strategic and hands-on marketing qualified who can balance competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.

You'll bring:

- Experience in marketing, brand or campaign management.
- Strong digital marketing expertise across social media, email, websites and content.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven project management and supplier management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
- Experience leading campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
- Sound judgement and risk awareness.
- A commitment to inclusive, accessible and trauma-informed communication practices

An understanding of the not-for-profit, community services or family violence sector is desirable, particularly the importance of respectful, trauma-informed and evidence-informed messaging.

Qualifications and requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Ability to obtain the required criminal history and Working with Children checks
