About the role

You will play a key part in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of integrated facilities management services across Sydney Markets. The role ensures facilities and infrastructure are maintained safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while supporting contractor performance, compliance requirements and projects across the site.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with facilities management experience who enjoys working in a rapid-paced operational environment and thrives on solving problems, managing multiple stakeholders and delivering exceptional service outcomes.

What a day in the life could look like (key responsibilities)

Facilities Operations:

- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of facilities, landscaping and site services across the Sydney Markets.

- Oversee maintenance works, repairs and minor projects to ensure facilities remain safe, functional and well-presented.

- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance requirements, safety risks and improvement opportunities.

- Monitor Building Management System alarms and coordinate operational responses as required.

- Ensure business continuity through effective coordination of essential site services during peak operational periods.

Contractor Management:

- Coordinate and monitor contractor and service provider performance.

- Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, KPIs,



WHS requirements and service standards.

- Participate in contractor reviews, audits and inspections to drive service quality.

- Provide operational input into procurement activities, tenders and contract reviews

Asset Management & Compliance:

- Maintain accurate asset, facilities and operational records.

- Support compliance reporting and documentation relating to regulatory, environmental and authority requirements.

- Assist with risk management activities, audits and corrective action programs.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure tenant works and building applications comply with approved requirements

What you'll bring (skills and experience)

- Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Asset Management, Building Services or a related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience in facilities management, building services, property operations or a similar field.

- Strong contractor management and service delivery experience.

- Knowledge of WHS, operational risk and environmental compliance requirements.

- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a complex operational environment.
