Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality ICU patient care
- Monitor critically ill patients and respond promptly to changes

- Adapt confidently across different ICU units and hospitals
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant ICU qualifications/training
- Minimum 1–2 years recent ICU experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Flexible availability for day, evening, and night shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
