Who are we?

We’re Results Termite & Pest Control, a family-owned Brisbane business that’s been looking after homes and families for more than 35 years.

And when we say family business, we actually mean it.

We have a small team of technicians backed by a great office crew who organise the jobs, talk to the clients and generally try to make your day easier rather than harder.

Even the boss occasionally dusts off the old pest-control gear and gets back on the tools. Apparently he still remembers which end of the spray gun to hold.

Our clients are important to us.

Some have been with us for decades. We’ve watched their kids grow up, heard about weddings and grandchildren, and sadly sometimes said goodbye to people we’ve known for years.

So we're looking for a technician who understands that good pest control isn't just about killing bugs. It's about looking after people.

So, who are we looking for?

Someone who knows their stuff but doesn't need to prove it every five minutes.

Someone who can walk into a client's home, have a conversation, listen to what they're worried about,



explain what they've found in plain English and make the client feel comfortable.

Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly.

Age? Doesn't bother us.

Male or female? Doesn't bother us either.

What matters is your attitude, experience, reliability and how you treat people.

And if you've got a few good stories from your years in pest control, you'll probably fit in just fine.

The boring-but-important stuff

You'll need:

- Current Pest Management Licence

- Timber Pest accreditation

- Current driver's licence

- Good time management and attention to detail

- The ability to pass a police check

- Good communication skills

- To be reliable, punctual and trustworthy

- Thermal camera experience is a bonus, but not essential

No organised "fun" on your Saturday afternoon.

We figure you've already got family and friends you'd rather spend your spare time with.

We don't have a shiny fleet of brand-recent utes either. Ours have a few kilometres on them, a bit of character, and probably know their way around Brisbane better than Google Maps.

And we're not going to wave some ridiculous sign-on bonus in front of you and then spend the next 12 months making you regret taking it.

We'd rather build a job you actually want to stay in.

Team meetings usually involve breakfast.
