Crusher Fitter | Metso Mobile Crushing & Screening | FIFO WA
Ready Resources is seeking experienced Mobile Crushing & Screening Fitters to support major crushing operations across Western Australia.
This role is ideally suited to Mechanical Fitters, Plant Fitters and Heavy Diesel Fitters with strong experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing mobile crushing and screening equipment, particularly Metso crushing plants.

The Role Working within a high performing maintenance team, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of mobile crushing and screening assets to maximise plant reliability and availability.

- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Crusher and screen maintenance
- Conveyor maintenance and repairs
- Component replacements and rebuilds
- Shutdown maintenance activities
- Mechanical installations and upgrades
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Working safely in accordance with site procedures

Maintenance Activities Include
- Jaw crusher maintenance and liner replacements
- Cone crusher maintenance and rebuilds
- Screen deck maintenance and change-outs
- Conveyor maintenance and belt replacements
- Hydraulic system troubleshooting and repairs
- Bearing replacements and alignments
- Mechanical shutdown maintenance
- Fault finding and reliability improvements
- Component rebuilds and installations
What We're Looking For (Essential)
- Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Proven experience maintaining mobile crushing and screening equipment
- Robust fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience performing shutdown and planned maintenance
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety
Highly Desirable
- Metso crushing and screening experience
- Fixed plant maintenance experience
- Conveyor maintenance experience
- Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification
- Mining industry experience
