Not every engineer ticks every box – and we know that. This is a role built for a technically capable engineer who's solid across the Microsoft stack, keen to keep growing, and ready to do meaningful work across both support and projects in a close-knit team environment.
This is a Melbourne-based MSP supporting businesses of all sizes across a broad range of industries. The team works across Microsoft technologies, cloud, cybersecurity, automation, networking and infrastructure – so there's genuine variety in what you'll be working on day to day.
The role is primarily support-focused with solid project involvement across cloud, security and infrastructure. It's office-based in Melbourne, with the potential for a hybrid arrangement once you're settled in.

Salary: Up to $100,000 + Super

You'll be joining a close-knit group where your work is visible, your input matters, and you'll have real variety across different client environments rather than the same three tickets on repeat.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Resolving escalated Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues across a diverse client base
- Administering Microsoft 365 environments – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Managing Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity security
- Supporting and deploying Microsoft Intune, device compliance and endpoint management
- Troubleshooting networking issues – firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, wireless and connectivity
- Investigating and responding to cybersecurity alerts and incidents
- Delivering Microsoft 365, Azure, migration and infrastructure projects
- Supporting client onboarding and technology upgrades
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and MFA
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint/device management
- Networking fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing and firewalls
- Positive communication skills – you can work directly with clients and explain things clearly
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution
- MSP experience or exposure to multi-client environments (highly regarded)
- Microsoft Defender and security product experience
- Exposure to Azure administration
- PowerShell scriptingExperience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Any Microsoft certifications
- Experience delivering projects or contributing to migrations and infrastructure upgrades
