Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Stock Manager within a dynamic property sales support team in South Melbourne, VIC. This role is essential in helping a reputable business streamline their property stock pipeline, ensuring smooth communication and accurate data management across multiple stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who thrives on organisation, proactive communication, and accurate record-keeping to support this busy operation.

We’re particularly excited about this opportunity because it offers a chance to be involved in the property development sector, working closely with builders, developers, and internal teams to manage property stock effectively. If you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, maintaining meticulous data, and liaising with diverse partners, we want to hear from you.

What’s in it for you?

- Opportunity to work within a well-respected company specialising in property sales and development.
- A role focused on organisation and administration with room for professional growth.
- Supportive team environment and day-to-day collaboration with industry stakeholders.
- Flexible reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Utilise your strong spreadsheet skills and attention to detail.

What you’ll do:

- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date property stock records, including pipeline tracking and status updates.
- Manage stock lists and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and regular reporting on availability, reservations, and releases.
- Liaise with builders, developers, and internal teams to confirm stock availability, delivery timelines,

and documentation needs.
- Act as a point of contact for stock-related queries, allocations, and project updates.
- Prepare and process administrative documentation, such as purchase orders, reservation confirmations, and internal system updates.
- Assist with regular stock reporting to support forecasting, planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Generate management reports to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Support the broader operations team with general administrative tasks as required.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in an administrative, operational coordination, or stock control role (property, real estate, or construction experience beneficial but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent spreadsheet skills (Excel: data entry, formulas; Google Sheets experience a plus).
- Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
- Organised with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Experience liaising with external stakeholders such as builders and sales partners.

Woods & Co Recruitment is committed to creating a positively diverse and inclusive workforce that values all backgrounds and experiences. We do not discriminate and encourage applications, no matter age or status, from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, all members and genders of the LGBTQI community, and people with disability.

Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
