Coles Group Graduate Program offers two years of hands-on learning designed to help you grow, with real deliverables and transparent ownership as you rotate across functions. The program begins in February 2028 and supports your development through a tailored program and network.
In year two you will complete the Innovation Project, work with a team to solve a genuine business challenge, and present ideas to the Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board.
