Support Workers - Home Care

We are looking for people to join our Melbourne team as Support Workers in the community. Part‑time or casual positions are currently available.

Locations: Bentleigh, Brighton, Caulfield, Cheltenham, Mentone and surrounding suburbs. We will roster employees based on geographic location to minimise travel.

About The Role

As a support worker you will:

- Support clients to achieve their goals and make choices in partnership with other support networks.
- Promote customer choice, positive routines and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the customer.
- Qualified support workers will also support clients with personal cares, assistance with mobility and prompting with medication.

What You Will Bring

Ideally, you have some experience in the health sector; however, if you do not, we would still love to hear from you if this is a career you want to pursue and have a ‘can‑do’ attitude. Full training and orientation will be provided.

- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care,



or Individual Support (desired but not essential)
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates
- Current and valid Driver’s Licence and comprehensive insurance, reliable motor vehicle
- Capacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourself
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email and internet
