Job Description

- Lead delivery of a timesheet system upgrade (Workday & Dayforce).
- Oversee Agile delivery cycles - sprints, ceremonies, backlog prioritisation.
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance.
- Coordinate with Dev Ops and technical teams for deployment and integration.
- Deliver to scope, timeframes, and quality expectations.
- Manage risk, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Provide clear governance and project reporting.
- Embed Agile and Dev Ops practices within the project team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

- Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager in complex projects.
- Strong Agile delivery expertise with sprint management experience.
- Background in HRIS, payroll, or workforce systems (Workday/Dayforce preferred).




- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical areas.
- Skilled in driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Confident communicator and collaborative leader.
- Able to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in complex organisations.
- Experience in large public or enterprise environments advantageous.
