Saputo is seeking a Production Supervisor (Butter & Lactoferrin) for our Allansford site on a full time basis. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead two specialised dairy departments, overseeing safety, quality and production targets while developing a team of about 18 employees.
You will drive continuous improvement, manage workforce planning, and act as a technical resource across Butter and Lactoferrin processes in a quick-paced manufacturing setting.
