About the Role

This role provides reception and administrative support, while helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. When our Administrator Officer is away, you will step in as needed to support the team, including assisting with roster-related tasks. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide reception support and act as first point of contact
- Manage calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Support admissions, agreements, and resident administration
- Assist with reporting, correspondence, and general admin tasks
- Rostering experience not required but highly regarded
- Provide backfill support across the admin team during leave

About You

- Previous administration experience (aged care desirable)
- Certificate III in Business (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
