Support Workers - SIL and Community

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide individualised support to NDIS participants in their homes, within Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments, and throughout the community. Disability Support Workers commonly assist with daily living, personal care, community access, and supporting participants to achieve their goals.

Your Mission

- Provide active, person-centred support to participants
- Assist with daily living, community access, and personal care




- Support participants with behaviours of concern and complex needs
- Complete clear and timely progress notes

Mission Requirements

- Experience in disability support (SIL preferred but not essential)
- Cert III or IV in Disability (or working towards)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR
- Availability across a rotating roster (including nights/weekends)
