For Care Group is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to provide dedicated, ongoing support to a specific participant in the Bundaberg region. This role focuses on building trust, consistency and meaningful connection with the participant and their support network.
You will join a small, close-knit team with a dedicated coordinator, undertaking shifts that include mornings, evenings, active nights and weekends as needs arise.
