Spectra Litho is seeking a full-time Picker and Packer to join our warehouse operations team based in Bayswater North, VIC 3153. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, organising and packing products for dispatch to customers. As a Picker and Packer, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and to the highest standard. This position is integral to maintaining our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

- Accurately picking items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications and pick lists
- Inspecting products for damage or defects before packing
- Packing items securely using appropriate materials and packaging methods to prevent damage during transit
- Labelling and documenting packages with correct shipping information and tracking details
- Organising and sorting products by destination, order type or customer requirements
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating stock management systems
- Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised and safe at all times
- Following all health and safety procedures and company policies




- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily dispatch targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Picker and Packer or in a similar warehouse or logistics role is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with solid attention to detail
- Capable of standing and moving for extended periods throughout the shift
- Competence in lifting and handling items of varying weights safely
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual and committed to meeting performance targets
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
