Club Macquarie is seeking a casual Bistro Server/Function staff member to join our team. You will provide outstanding customer service across our Bistro and during Functions, supporting Front of House and Function operations.
Duties include serving members and guests, assisting with clearing and scullery, handling tills, and food and beverage preparation while maintaining hygiene and protected food practices. Availability for split shifts, lunch and dinner, plus Fridays, weekends and public holidays
