We are currently seekingreliable and compassionatedisability support workersto provide care and assistance toa 40-year old male with a traumatic brain injury, this care will helphimlive independently at home with his family.

Duties include but not limited too

- Personal care

- Medication administration

- Assistance with Allied health tasks

- Continence management

- Domestic assistance

- Documentation and reporting

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

- 5.45am to 1pm daily -this shift is attended with 2 workers
- 12.45pm to 9pm daily

Requirements:

- Applicants must have good english communicationskills, be explicit and easily understood




- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
- Current references
- Current driver's licence and your own car with insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory)
- Working With Children Check - Paid (mandatory)
- Certificate III (Ageing orDisability) or equivalent (mandatory)
