About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Working collaboratively with clients, families, carers, GPs, and allied health professionals, you will provide holistic nursing care tailored to each individual's needs.

Your Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.

- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.

- Deliver clinical nursing care within clients' homes.

- Administer medications and provide wound management.

- Monitor clients' health and elevate clinical concerns when required.

- Educate clients and families to support positive health outcomes.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

- Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with AHPRA standards and organisational policies.

About You

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, qualified, and committed to delivering outstanding care.

You'll have:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.

- Current Victorian Driver Licence.

- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).





- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.

- The ability to work independently while managing your daily schedule.

- A genuine passion for providing person-centred care.

New Graduate Registered Nurses and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are strongly encouraged to apply.
