About the Role
As a Property Manager, you'll work closely with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and colleagues to ensure properties are managed professionally and clients receive outstanding service.
This is a full-time permanent position based in Shepparton, working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve day-to-day property matters
Conducting routine inspections
Managing enquiries and tenancy matters
Assisting with lease renewals and documentation




Maintaining compliance and accurate records
Supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes
About You
You're a people-focused skilled who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service.
You remain organised under pressure and take pride in managing competing priorities effectively.
