The exciting opportunity

- Permanent full-time role working all shifts
- Deliver high quality clinical care to residents of our 61-bed Grafton aged care facility
- Formulate, review and update care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes
- Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs
- Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents' care
- Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you'll need to succeed

- Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia
- Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Current working rights in Australia are essential
