We're looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect who wants to help shape the future of Customer Experience across Australia.
This isn't a traditional contact centre architecture role.
We're looking for someone who can help customers transform how they engage with customers and employees through:
Experience Orchestration
AI & Automation
Customer Journey Design
You'll work alongside our sales, delivery and leadership teams to design cutting-edge solutions, influence customer strategy,



and help organisations unlock measurable business outcomes through contemporary CX technologies.
