We have an opportunity for a skilled and innovative Boilermaker to join our multi-skilled and proactive maintenance and engineering team. If you have a background in heavy manufacturing or the sugar industry, then your next Opportunity at IC… may be what you are looking for.

A day in the life of a Boilermaker at IC… involves:

- Welding and fabricating structural steel
- Maintaining our boilers and pressure vessels
- Fabrication repairs to our Locomotives and rail network
- Interpreting engineering drawings to meet specifications for repairs and recent builds around the Sugar Mill and Locomotive Shed
- Assist with welding, fabrication and repairs with our trailer and cane bin teams
- Apart of a team which is open to teaching and sharing ideas to be successful and provide quality workmanship together

What you bring to IC…:

- Trade qualifications in Boiler Making
- Mig Welding Experience (GMAW)
- Stick Welding Experience (MMA)
- Experience in heavy industrial advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings




- Safety First attitude and a commitment to quality
- Working and Heights and Confined Space Certificates
