We are looking for anEUC Engineerto provide onsite and remote end-user support.
You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy and configure devices, support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, manage user accounts, and ensure a high level of customer service.
The role also involves coordinating with third-party vendors, maintaining accurate service records, and supporting IT projects while adhering to IT security and operational standards.
This position open for Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in IT/Desktop/EUC Support or a similar end-user support role
Robust knowledge of Windows *, Microsoft 365, desktop/laptop troubleshooting, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with Active Directory user administration, remote support tools, software deployment, and IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice)
Hands‐on experience with hardware break/fix, printer and peripheral support, and endpoint device configuration
Familiarity with device imaging and deployment tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM) is highly desirable
Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and service delivery best practices




Experience working with third‐party vendors and coordinating hardware repairs and replacements
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, problem‐solving, and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize multiple support requests, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred); Microsoft, CompTIA A+, or ITIL certifications are an advantage
Ability to lift and move IT equipment when required and maintain a robust commitment to workplace health, safety, and security practices.
