We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing community aged care team, delivering high-quality, person-centred services across Melbourne's Northern and Western metropolitan regions.
This is an chance to make a meaningful difference through restorative care, reablement, assistive technology and home modification programs.
Based on a adaptable hybrid work model, you'll split your time between our Brunswick office, working from home, and visiting clients in their homes.What's on Offer?
