Are you a Financial Planner looking for an opportunity to focus on what matters most delivering quality advice and helping clients achieve their financial goals?
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join a growing financial planning practice based in Canberra. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role with an established client base, strong referral network, and the support required to provide exceptional advice without the pressure of building a client base from scratch.

About the role:
You will work closely with clients to provide holistic financial advice, develop tailored strategies, and build long term relationships across areas including:
- Retirement planning
- Superannuation and defined benefit schemes
- Wealth creation and investment strategies
- Pension and retirement income planning
- Personal risk insurance
You will be responsible for conducting client meetings, preparing strategic advice, managing ongoing reviews, and identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes.
About you:
- Experienced Financial Planner with relevant qualifications and authorisation (or the ability to become authorised)
- Candidates who are well progressed through their Professional Year and working towards full qualification are encouraged to apply
- Candidates earlier in their Qualified Year journey will also be considered if they have passed the Financial Adviser Exam and hold the required academic qualifications (e.g., Kaplan Advanced Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Passionate about delivering high-quality advice and positive client outcomes
- Experience in retirement planning and superannuation is highly regarded
- Experience with defined benefit superannuation schemes is advantageous, but not essential
