With a team of 100+ registered practitioners, we deliver services both onsite and via telehealth, complemented by daily mindfulness practices. Our partnership with Calm provides both clients and staff access to premium content designed to support stress management, better sleep, and overall wellbeing.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in our new South Bank office. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in attracting, engaging, and onboarding high-quality practitioners—directly contributing to our ability to deliver exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Partner with Client Services Managers to align recruitment with client demand and service needs
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support onboarding and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
- Assist with recruitment projects and process improvements

About You:

- Previous experience in recruitment, HR,



or coordination roles
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for people, wellbeing, and making a difference
