JBS Caroona is seeking an Asset Reliability Coordinator to lead maintenance, asset performance, and reliability across the site. Reporting to the Feedlot Manager, you will champion maintenance strategies to maximise equipment uptime and ensure protected, compliant operations at Caroona.
You will develop a high-performing team, manage planning through SAP, and drive continuous improvement for long-term asset reliability within a large, global food producer.
