Full time or Part-time Optical Dispenser Position

Location: Gungahlin (Northern Suburbs of Canberra, Australia)

We’re an independent optometry practice committed to providing exceptional eye care services to our communityand we’re looking for a passionate optical dispenser to join our close-knit team.

Position Overview: As an Optical Dispenser with our practice, you will play a crucial role in assisting our patients in selecting the perfect eyewear solutions to suit their individual style and visual requirements. Your responsibilities will include dispensing prescription eyewear, conducting frame fittings and adjustments, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

Requirements:

Optical Dispensing qualification or experience is preferred but not essential.





A passion for fashion and eyewear trends.

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Excellent presentation.

Intermediate computer skills, and willing to learn our Optomate system.

Available for work 5 days a week, including Saturday's (or as agreed for part-time arrangements.)

Must have full working rights in Australia (e.g., permanent residency or citizenship)
