St Brigid’s Green Aged Care is a welcoming66‑bedresidential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.
The Role
As recent Graduate Registered Nurse that has recently received AHPRA registration, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and the Clinical team and multidisciplinary teams, backed by Australian Unity’s 180‑year legacy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team
- Ensure secure, person‑centred, compliant care every day
- Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
- Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
- Support Better Together and occupancy outcomes
About You
- RN withcurrent AHPRAregistration
- Residential Aged Care leadership experience
- Strong communication and coaching capability
- Desirable: Minimum of12 monthsexperience in Aged Care night shift as PCA
Role. Casual across 7 day Week roster , must be available October and November 2026
