About the Company

Our client is a well-established and growing organisation within the security products and distribution industry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift & Dispatch Operator to join their team in Melbourne Airport.

The Role

Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, processed and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners




- Process and dispatch orders through ERP and freight systems
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts (Reach and Counterbalance)
- Move stock throughout the warehouse
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse presentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

About You

- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- High Reach Forklift experience (essential)
- Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing or logistics
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual and safety focused
