Kick‑start your career with our Traineeship in Supply Chain Operations, alongside a hands‑on development opportunity designed for individuals eager to learn and grow, the successful candidate will be supported in obtaining their Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations. As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will gain exposure to inventory management, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution processes that help ensure the right products are available when and where they are needed.



Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop practical skills, build industry knowledge, and contribute to improving operational efficiency while completing structured training and development. This is an ideal prospect for someone who is organised, proactive, and interested in building a long‑term career in supply chain and operations.

About the role

- Partner with SVPCHG and Registered Training Authority to complete a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations
- Maintain inventory, purchasing and supply operations to support efficient hospital services.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to departments to optimise patient care.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records to meet service demands.
- Support purchasing, storage and distribution processes in line with hospital policies.
- Contribute to safe practice, quality, cleanliness and compliance standards.

About you

- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of learning to complete inventory‑related documentation and applications
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills to support stock control and purchasing activities.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing tasks to meet operational requirements.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Mary Aitkenhead Ministries and compliance with organisational policies.
