V/Line is seeking a proactive program coordinator to support the Asset Management & Performance Division across multiple projects. You’ll coordinate governance forums, maintain documentation, assist with cost control and reporting, and help ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you’ll liaise with project managers and stakeholders, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage action tracking in a hybrid Melbourne setting.
