Makita Australia is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead the Spares & Accessories team within our Victorian Distribution Centre in Truganina. This hands-on leadership role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory and driving a safe, productive warehouse operation.
You will coach a small team, monitor stock levels, oversee stocktakes and cycles counts, and work with the Inventory Operations Manager to achieve KPIs. A forklift licence and strong communication skills are essential.
