This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our stone fabrication and finishing operations. As a Benchtop Polisher, you will be responsible for bringing our stone surfaces to their highest standard of quality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets our exacting standards and client expectations. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the building trades industry.

Key responsibilities

- Operating and maintaining benchtop polishing equipment to achieve superior surface finishes on stone materials
- Inspecting stone surfaces for defects, chips, and imperfections before and after polishing
- Following detailed specifications to ensure consistent quality across all projects
- Monitoring polishing progress and making adjustments to achieve the desired finish
- Contributing to a safety-focused workplace culture by adhering to all health and safety protocols
