MTYU - Stones Corner is seeking an organised Dispatch & Customer Service Officer to plan and execute product deliveries to customers using external freight contractors, with constant liaison to customers, drivers and internal teams.
You will coordinate daily dispatch activities, process orders and documentation, schedule trucks and drivers, and provide proactive updates to customers while resolving delays and site access issues.
