APG Workforce is partnering with a leading poultry organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Griffith, NSW.

About the Role
As the HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to for day-to-day HR support on site. Working closely with supervisors and managers, you’ll provide practical guidance across employee relations, compliance, and general HR operations. This role still offers exposure to broader HR initiatives, but your core focus will be operational HR and supporting the site on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day employee relations matters including performance management, investigations, and disciplinary processes
- Provide advice to supervisors and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
- Interpret Enterprise Agreements and ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration
- Assist with performance review processes and training coordination
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required

About You
- Experience in a HR role (Advisor/Coordinator level)
- Hands-on experience managing ER cases and performance processes
- Solid understanding of Australian employment law, Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can build relationships with frontline leadersAble to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Professional, discreet, and solutions-focused
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
