At Janper we produce high-end cabinetry components that demand a perfect finish every time. We are looking for a dedicated Edgebander Operator to take full ownership of our Holzer PUR production line in Bayswater.
This isn't a "button-pushing" job. You’ll be responsible for keeping our top-spec Holzer gear dialed in, managing the GluJet system, and ensuring every panel that leaves the machine meets our uncompromising quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:
- Operating and maintaining the Holzer PUR edgebander to a high standard.
- Precision-tuning glue temps, speeds,
and feed rates for consistent, high-quality results.
- Troubleshooting on the fly and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Monitoring production runs to catch and resolve issues before they impact the final product.
- Collaborating with our production team to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven Experience: You have a solid background in edgebanding (ideally with Holzer or similar PUR systems).
- The "Quality" Mindset: You take pride in "invisible joints" and perfect edges.
- Mechanical Aptitude: You understand how the machine works and can troubleshoot effectively.
