What we are looking for

- 2+ years’ experience in a premium restaurant

- Strong food and beverage knowledge

- WSET Level 1 (preferred, not essential)





- Excellent customer service skills with a natural sense of hospitality

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure

- Valid RSA
