Task & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Conduct testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and fault-finding activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Analyze electrical system performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and engineering calculations.
- Participate in risk assessments and implement preventive measures to ensure workplace safety.
- Assist in planning and executing electrical engineering projects within budget and schedule requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to operational and maintenance teams as required.

Qualification & experience





- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in electrical engineering, design, maintenance, testing, or project execution (or as required).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems, and relevant engineering principles.
- Experience with electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with applicable electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Professional certifications or engineering registration/licensing (where required) will be highly regarded.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites if required.
