We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team.

This role will be based at our Ferny Hills practice, with travel required between our Clayfield, and Toowong locations, depending on operational requirements.

The Role Includes:

As our receptionist, you’ll be the face of the practice, welcoming patients and ensuring their experience is smooth and positive from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming patients with a warm and friendly manner
- Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS payments
- Managing appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders
- Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handling general administration tasks, including email correspondence

You’ll need to be:

- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable and a great communicator
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with work arrangements
- A proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable using technology and managing administrative processes
- Able to travel between branches as needed (own transport and valid license required)
