As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

- Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing assistance with mobility and transfers where required.
- Performing light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

- Building positive and respectful relationships with clients while maintaining their dignity and independence.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.

Essential Requirements

- Experience in disability support, aged care, or community care (preferred).
- Certificate III/ 1V in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent (preferred).
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check (where applicable).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
