V/Line is seeking a Head of Systems Engineering, Assurance (SESA) & Risk to lead and develop assurance, engineering and risk teams across major rail projects. You will shape project readiness, drive change control, and ensure delivery of system safety and risk management outcomes for the regional rail network.
The role requires extensive experience in systems engineering/assurance within Rail, solid leadership, and hands-on collaboration with stakeholders to deliver complex programs.
